Coordinating Officer

The Coordinating Officer will work independently performing a wide range of complex administrative and clerical duties to support our activities, communicate with and provide services to a wide range of internal and external contacts, anticipate and resolve problems, update senior management on status of projects and may need to oversee work of assistants and junior members. | 3 or more years of related experience required. Education beyond high school may count towards experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion needed. | Type: Part-time remote; Hours: Flexible.

Public Relations Manager

The Public Relations Manager will develop and maintain our public image and help us in communicating effectively with the public, write press releases and prepare information for the media, respond to requests for information from the media or designate an appropriate spokesperson or information source, draft speeches and arrange interviews, seek out advertising and promotion opportunities, handle communications and manage social media. | A degree in public relations, communication or journalism is required with 3 or more years of experience in public relations. Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, speaking, and collaboration skills, proficiency in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content, ability to build and maintain high-value relationships with media and ability to showcase past successes from media outreach campaigns and news announcements, diplomacy and discretion in handling confidential information needed. | Type: Part-time remote; Hours: Flexible.

Junior Assistant

The Junior Assistant will help with various administrative tasks, attend to calls, send and respond to emails, document and manage files, and assist in processing job applications. | Prior experience in administrative roles preferred.
