Introduction
Armenson ORG created this web site (“Site”) in support of The Armenson Medal and encourages use of the Site as an educational, informational and research tool, subject to the specific terms stated here.
Acceptance
By accessing this web site, the user accepts these terms without limitation. Armenson ORG may revise these terms at any time which shall be binding on the user.
Integrity
Armenson ORG has created and compiled the Site with careful regard for accuracy and integrity. It believes that the context in which it presents material is important to understanding it, and Armenson ORG will improve, modify, enhance and expand the Site on a continuous basis. Thus, while Armenson ORG recognizes that the digital nature of the Site may allow the user to access the online material, it urges the user to consider the complete context for accuracy.
Marks
The names, titles, images, designs and logos that appear on the Site are registered and unregistered marks of Armenson ORG. The user may not use these marks without prior written permission from Armenson ORG. The copyrighted materials of third parties may also appear on the Site from time to time and the user may not use these materials without prior written permission from their respective owners.
News
Except where noted otherwise, news releases that appear on this Site may be downloaded, reproduced and published with attribution, and in the case of text-based materials, translated by members of the press. The user is not allowed to use any marks when publishing or using news releases.
Copyrights
Everything, including but not limited to the articles, texts, photographs, images, data, files, audio and video clips, illustrations, designs and documentation in whole or in part (“Content”) which appears on the Site is either proprietary to Armenson ORG or used in accordance with applicable law or third party consents. The user may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, perform, adapt, generate derivative works or otherwise use the Content without prior written permission.
Images
Permission to use an image or photo of medal (”Medal”) is only granted if the image is going to be used as an illustration for an editorial text about Jayden Armenson, The Armenson Medal or an honoree (”Honoree”). An image of the medal may not be used on the cover of books, booklets or other printed matter, on posters, in exhibitions etc, nor for publicity or commercial purposes.
Commercial
Commercial use of the Armenson ORG materials and other Site Content is strictly prohibited. The user must request and obtain explicit permission in writing from Armenson ORG.
Links
Armenson ORG appreciates the interest of others in linking to this Site. If the user arrives at our Site from a third party link, please note that a link to this Site does not imply a relationship with, or endorsement of, the third party site or its content, purpose, policies or business practices. If the user is interested in providing a link from own site to this Site, the user must use the name “armenson.org” to identify the link. The user is not allowed to include Content from armenson.org into other websites using frames or similar techniques, or by using page elements from armenson.org. The user is allowed to link to complete html pages on armenson.org and not directly to images, videos, etc. that display the Content out of its context. The user is not allowed to alter the original Content.

Exemptions
Armenson ORG does not object to reproduction, distribution, display, transmission, performance, and use of the Content if done with proper attribution and in accordance with the Copyright Act or other applicable limitations.
Limitation
Armenson ORG, its affiliates, members (”Jurors”), employees or agents shall not have any liability for any damages, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, compensatory, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the Site or its Content.

Armenson ORG provides the Site on an as-is basis. Use of the Site and its Content is at own risk. Armenson ORG disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, copyright ownership or non-infringement of copyrights or other third party proprietary rights. Armenson ORG does not warrant that the Site will provide continuous, prompt, or error-free service. Armenson ORG makes reasonable, ongoing efforts to revise and update the Site but assumes no liability for any errors or omissions, including inaccuracy of Content, or for any damages or losses that the user or any third party may incur as a result of the Site.
